WELCOME TO WEAVER UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT ONLINE REGISTRATION!

Aeries Internet Registration allows you to quickly start the process of registering a student for school. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected. Upon completion, the student's information is electronically sent to the school. We welcome you and your family to WUSD!

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE MESSAGE BEFORE PROCEEDING

This form is for a new student enrolling in a WUSD school. The person completing this form must be a parent or legal guardian. If you are neither, please contact the school office.

Please use a valid personal email address.

If this is your first time using this system, you will be creating a new account. You must validate your new account before you continue with the registration.

Your physical address must be within WUSD district bounderies in order to proceed. If your address does not fall within district bounderies, contact your local school for enrollment or complete the inter-district transfer procedure.

INTER-DISTRICT TRANSFER STUDENTS

If a parent/guardian is requesting the student attend a WUSD school but does not live within the district, an inter-district agreement is required. This process must be initiated with the district of residence and must be approved between both districts before the enrollment of the student can be processed.

INTRA-DISTRICT TRANSFER STUDENTS

If the student lives within the district but not the school boundaries, a School of Choice agreement is required and must be approved before the students enrollment can be processed. Please contact the WUSD office at (209) 723-7606 to initiate this process.

This form is NOT for preschool enrollment. You will find preschool enrollment information on the WUSD webpage under "Preschool Program"

To get started registering a new student click the "Enroll a new student" button. The enrollment process takes approximately 20 minutes. If you need to exit, be sure to save your progress and log out. You may resume any time by logging back in.  Once submitted, you will not be able to edit your students information.
